酷暑の中の熱中症対策として、例年のドリンクサービス等に加え、今年から現場に「エアコンハウス」を3棟設置しました。体調不良以外にも、酷暑の中の休憩場所として有効に使われています。
また、各職場で飲料を常時冷やすため、「クーラーボックス」を今年から配布しています。

IKNOW MACHINERY BBQ Party
We held “IKNOW BBQ 2026” on April 26, 2026.
This year, the event took place at the “7-Yard Tent,” located at the highest point on the premises.
Although it rained in the morning time but the weather cleared up by the time the event began,
allowing us to proceed with the factory tour and the BBQ gathering.
On stage, the Omura Technical High School wind orchestra made their debut performance, energizing the event with their lively and entertaining music.
Following that, attendees were thoroughly captivated by a balloon-popping game for employees and their children,
as well as a musical performance by SandyTrip—a duo based in Sasebo who are active both within and outside the prefecture.
We concluded with a prize draw, and the winners went home with their prizes with happy smiles.
We offered complimentary food and drinks (tea, juice, yakiniku, yakisoba, yakitori, rice balls, and shaved ice).
Additionally, Our mother company Oshima, Agricultural Department sold “Oshima Tomatoes” and Oshima Shuzo sold shochu and alchohol,
many attendees took the opportunity to purchase these items.
As guests departed, we distributed souvenirs for the children, and we believe the attendees truly enjoyed the event.
The 16th anniversary of IKNOW MACHINERY Foundation
We held a ceremony to commemorate the 16th anniversary of our founding on 1st July, 2025.
Starting this year, we introduced a long-service award to honor employees for their dedicated service;
those with 15 years or more of tenure were presented with a certificate of commendation and a commemorative gift.
